Thorens TD KIT TDK-101

This would be a great turntable to do a custom build. The plinth could be a really interesting shape. I dig it.

KRAFTWERK 1970

This is the earliest known Kraftwerk video. This is so amazing. I'm not a huge Kraftwerk fan but this early recording is so much more organic and cool sounding. Later there sound was just cold to me.

I HAVE SEEN THE LIGHT

I have seen the light from now on I will only post about solid state amplifiers and ineffecient little speakers. You can fight physics and win! Screw horns. Screw tubes. Of to the curb with ya...

I will also be throwing away all my budget speaker cables, interconnects, and power cords. To be able to afford the finest in cables I will get a second mortgage on my home to procure such quality.

I have seen the light I will get a subscription to all the Hi-Fi magazines and follow their guidance. My ears be dammed if it is expensive and the golden ears so it is good.... It. Is. Good.....

DICK DALE

When researching origins of surf music the first name that comes up is Dick Dale. Late 50's to early 60's was an interesting time the rise of surf music and 1958 say the use of the first power chord by Link Wray. I only have a few Dick Dale records but a ton of Ventures and various artist LPs.
