Racon Tweeter Early Hi-Fi

Early wide range Racon tweeter advert. I tried finding an actual example but this must be a rare one. At first I thought it was a Western Electric copy.

1930's Racon Hight Frequency Loudspeak

This from when 3,000-12,000 was as high as you needed. No bat slaying here.

Racon Electric Cellular Grand

Check out the Cellular Grand by Racon Electric. This is really cool and dates to the late 40's. I've never seen any Racon gear in person. The horn is interesting it reminds me a little of an Emilar horn.

Very Early Pro Sound - Field Coils with Horns and Triodes 245 250

This is one of my favorite early ads because it has it all like field coils, horns, triodes in the flavor of 250 and 245.

$20 in 1930 equals about $275 today.
Nice selection of field coils from the early guys Jensen and Utah.
I want everything I build to look like these early pro amps.

Racon Dynamic Units For Volume and Depth

Very cool Racon advert. I must admit that I do not know this horn. Would love to see it from another angle.

Racon Reproducers 1931

The 6320 horn is what my living room craves.
Check out these early sales sheets for Racon horns and drivers. Superb.

Racon Electric or Western Electric Horn

Here is another interesting horn ad from 1931. This one is from Racon but still looks like a WE horn. My guess is that hey are resellers. I wish the ad was bigger I had to scan at a higher resolution.
