1955 JAPAN HiFi Coffee Shop

The Japanese invented the HiFi coffee shop concept. Brilliant. There are not many of these left but I think it is a concept that should be brought to the US.

This is one of the most exciting post I've made in a while. My friend the Tube Hoarder purchased this wonderful Stephens historical document. I have not seen this on the electric internet anywhere.
I would like to do my friend the Tube Hoarder a favor. We are looking for a very large Stephens 10 cell horn. If you have one please comment or send me an email. The example is image 11 in this post.

If anyone has this horn please contact me.

Vintage DIY Console And Turntable

This console was built by Jack Hornbeck. We will have another post featuring his work soon. I've seen many DIY consoles but I haven't seen one where the maker goes so far as to designand build  their own turntable and tonearm. This is superb vintage DIY. Top notch.

Klipsch La Scala AKA K-447 1963

I'd seen one or two ads claiming the La Scala was really a K-447. I thought this was false information so to set the record straight here is the K-447 La Scala ad from 1963. This even has the bass bin orientation in its original configuration.
