Retro Hi-Fi Festivus Giveaway

I've posted some good material from these vintage mags. If your into vintage electronics ham, auto, or hi-fi these may be for you. I just want them to go to a good home. They aren't doing any good just sitting on a shelf collecting .
Post a comment and I'll randomly pick a winner.
I'll cover shipping in the US but not international.

  1. Not everything published or produced in the intervening years has been an improvement over what they wrote about then!

    1. True. I've actually learned alot from these old mags. That is what surprised me especially the turntable and tone arms articles.

  2. Somehow, the picture of those magazines is like an advertisement for some delicious looking desert.
They represent what is lost in our digital world. The tactile feel of turning a page, the smell, the weight of it in ones hands. Tattered corners and loose pages, the familiarness of an article read a dozen times over while eating breakfast, listening to a favorite tune on the HiFi. Another cup of coffee…..turn the page…..
I'd love to have them ;-) C. Brehmer

  3. if there are schematics on those I would be highly interested, old analog designs are pretty nice and ahead of a lot new ones.
    Greetings.

  4. I don't know if the retro rage in the UK will jump the pond, but over there it is serious. Box, accessories, original instructions, cables along with the component, working or not. Some guys spend years putting it together. I don't know if it demonstrates serious respect and love for vintage gear, or it's just the "latest obsession." Time will tell.
